We had a great time.. food and accommodations were great. Itinerary was well thought out. Shows were great. It seems that initial information on trip was slow coming out.

The trip was great. Even with a few hiccups we enjoyed all of the shows and meals that were part of this experience. Our tour director, Cheryl, was the best!

I had a good time; food was good. Loved all the shows and the play, David. The Chateau on the Lake was nice but it was lacking in the "help" department. Didn't have people at front desk available at night if there was a problem or needed something. Then the incident with cars blocking the bus in. The hotel personnel were not very helpful with that problem either. Think the name should be something other than Ozark Mountain Fall Foliage....basically all the trees were still green....leaves had not changed yet. Also, would have liked the agenda to have the times on it for each event, not just when breakfast was. Cheryl was good as a tour guide and seemed to know the area pretty well.

Had a great time - only negative comment is that I would have liked to been able to pay with my credit card without generating a service charge.

Our staff was very friendly and courteous. My family and I did not have to plan anything, we were able to just relax and have a good time. Thank you for everything and taking us places that we probably would not have visited.
